My most memorable booking was for a customer who wanted to go to the North Pole - tomorrow!

New Orleans & Sri Lanka are both quite different but you can't beat their amazing food!

I have worked in the travel industry since I was 18, previously as a ground handling agent at Inverness Airport. I loved checking in and boarding you for your flights and now I am your first point of contact when you call to book your holidays!

My friends would say I am quite a plane freak with always being on FlightRadar and I even drove to Glasgow one day just to see the A380!
